Service staff were nice and accomodating, however I was very uncomfortable sitting in the waiting room with a family of unmasked adults and children while COVID numbers are spiking, and hospital beds are f very uncomfortable sitting in the waiting room with a family of unmasked adults and children while COVID numbers are spiking, and hospital beds are full. I wish this business would follow the mandate and protect all customers vs just ignoring the family thumbing their nose at the safety of every other customer and staff. One masked staff member sat visiting with these adults and no mention of their lack of masks. More
