The shuttle didn’t pick me up after work Someone dropped the ball, I was crying and so upset. 35 minutes late! I had to make 4 phone calls to get a ride to Toyota. Skid plate had to be removed for an oil change. On the Skid plate had to be removed for an oil change. On the way home I could hear a rattle, one of the two bolts was almost gone, barely on. Service dept tried to sell me tires with only 16500 miles on the truck. Only 2500 since I purchased it six mouths ago. Otherwise great job and sorry for being a whiner. Best regards More
