Excellent follow up and very knowledgeable about all questions I had. When Shane and others didn’t know the answer they found it out quickly. I did have another issue with paint chipping on wheels which took 2 weeks to get a response on, and I had to follow up 3x to get an answer, so that was a little frustrating. It is getting resolved now. Overall I am much happier with Toyota of Des Moines vs my dealer I fired in Ankeny Bob Brown GMC. They were very inconsistent with follow up and stuck it to me when I had an issue that ONStar rep inaccurately diagnosed as needing dealer attention. Keep up the good work and you will have a customer for life. I’ve spent $75k on Lexus and 43k on Toyotas in the past month because of more confidence in the brand and the dealers. Trained professionals, reliable vehicles, and residual values are worth more. More
