Ian Rojas did an excellent job of helping me get the vehicle I was looking for. We live 3 hours away and everything was done over the phone. When we went to pick it up he met us in person and took us to see the truck before any paperwork was done. He wanted to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. He took care of all the extras we wanted. Ian did an excellent job. He is the best! More

Was disappointed that the financing aspect was already completed and I was expected to just sign paperwork. No regard was given for down payment, possibly trade in, or any negotiations whatsoever on the M completed and I was expected to just sign paperwork. No regard was given for down payment, possibly trade in, or any negotiations whatsoever on the MSRP. Steve was cordial and helped us get past the initial stumbling blocks. The vehicle is great and now I know that better communication is necessary the next time I deal with Toyota. Also Justin did a great job of explaining the features to us. More
