We received friendly, competent, efficient service from the three staff who worked with my wife and me, including the employee who introduced us to the car's operations, whose name I've forgotten. On the grounds, in the showroom, and in the office areas, _other_ staff varied in whether they wore face masks or wore them properly. Mask use was more common on our Saturday visit than our weekday visit. Toyota of Des Moines clearly--and deservedly--takes pride in customer service. On these visits I was disappointed that customer and employee safety did not receive higher priority during the COVID-19 pandemic. More
