I ultimately settled on something pretty different than what I originally came in looking for, but Steve was very helpful in guiding me through the process and helping me understand my options. And when it came time to finish the deal, Rob walked us through all the paperwork and helped us choose the best options (that might not have been the default or the intuitive choice). Finally, the experience of having a delivery specialist walk around the car with us and show us how everything works is a great touch, and we really appreciated the white glove treatment. More
