I began my automotive career in 1994 and joined the team at Moritz in 2010. My favorite part about working at Moritz is the way management treats everyone like family. I’ve never seen any other store take care of the customer the way we do. It makes me proud to work here. I grew up in Bangladesh and now live in Keller with my beautiful wife and children. My family is my life outside the dealership.

I've bought a few vehicles here at Moritz and I've felt good about the deals. I've also been very impressed with the service work. There's a lot more trips made to the service department for oil changes an good about the deals. I've also been very impressed with the service work. There's a lot more trips made to the service department for oil changes and scheduled maintenance than to the showroom to buy a vehicle, so getting great service and being treated really well in the parts department goes a long way toward solidifying the positive impression I have about Moritz Kia in Hurst. Had a horrible experience with an advisor I was assigned to. No retuned calls after several calls and messages I had left. Had to go up to Kia in hurst texas asked for a manager not a service manager becaus to. No retuned calls after several calls and messages I had left. Had to go up to Kia in hurst texas asked for a manager not a service manager because apparently those are never avalible to speak to customers either. Talked about all my problems with there service department was finally assigned Rachel who was very helpful, went into detail about my car, followed up with a call and explained everything to me, was great at returning my call as well had a great experience with her and great costumer service from her.
