I have been in the business for 8 years, all with Heritage Toyota. Every year I have had the privilege of being recognized by Toyotas National Sales Society for Superior Sales performance. I firmly believe the customer should have a seamless, transparent shopping experience with no pressure. My customers always have full control of the process from start to finish. Away from the dealership I'm a father of 3 girls and a Certified Foster Parent. We have been very fortunate to adopt 2 of our 3 girls through the program. My passions consist of cheering my older girls on from the sidelines of soccer fields or the gymnastics arena. When the time permits (and with my wife's permission), you can find me on the golf course or on the mountain as well.

I contacted Matt through his internet link and messaged him about finding a pre-owned Prius in good condition. His response was immediate and friendly. He hooked me up with that kind of car pronto! To top it off, he introduced me to the MileageSmart program offered in VT. It fit right into my purchase, being a senior on fixed-income. That was real extra assistance, getting me the full amount allowed in the program of $5,000. All-in-all, he and others at the dealership made it an efficient and effective transaction. I spent almost 4 hours with Joe one afternoon trying to figure out what exactly I was looking for in a vehicle. He went above and beyond my expectations to find the perfect car for me. We looked at a a bunch of trims, took a test drive and decided the non-negotiables for myself. Back and forth between choices and Joe had an idea for the perfect car and he truly was right. Got my 11 speakers (my non-negotiable) in a Blue Rav4 with Nutmeg interior. I am very happy with the car and the experience I had with Joe at Heritage Toyota. Joe was very knowledgeable and real and that helped me really connect with him which is very important to me. I would recommend him to anyone else in a heartbeat. Can't forget to make a special mention for Rob Ploof from the finance team. He was also very helpful and insightful, which made the financing stress-free, an important factor in such a large purchase. More
