That's the way it's been in prior purchases/leases that I've had at Heritage; and, I expected nothing less. I'm convinced they understand that the customer is in 'the driver seat'. Rob was there to guide me through all the twists and turns of auto purchasing/leasing. And, when I left with a new RAV4, I felt there was no way I could've done any better anyplace else. Rob is excellent at his business, his knowledge is expansive, and he's just a nice fellow. I highly recommend Rob in sales and Travis in financing. Look these fellows up; and, relax. The salesman quickly reviewed what was on the lot, located a vehicle and allowed me to look it over before we took it on a test drive. As we drove, the salesman not only described the features of the car but shared funny stories about his family. He was well informed about the car, asked questions about what I wanted/needed in car, made suggestions, but was never pushy. Most importantly, when I thanked him for his time and information, he let me leave without feeling like I was under pressure to commit to anything. More
