I have been in the business for 8 years, all with Heritage Toyota. Every year I have had the privilege of being recognized by Toyotas National Sales Society for Superior Sales performance. I firmly believe the customer should have a seamless, transparent shopping experience with no pressure. My customers always have full control of the process from start to finish. Away from the dealership I'm a father of 3 girls and a Certified Foster Parent. We have been very fortunate to adopt 2 of our 3 girls through the program. My passions consist of cheering my older girls on from the sidelines of soccer fields or the gymnastics arena. When the time permits (and with my wife's permission), you can find me on the golf course or on the mountain as well.

I'll make the drive from Montpelier every time. This is my third vehicle from Heritage. Initially, I was in contact with Billy Burke at their website. He was cordial and very helpful. He gathered all the necessary information for me; and, set me up with Rob Ploof who called me; and, we had a nice talk. He arranged for a test drive: it was a no hassle/no push kind of experience. That's the way it's been in prior purchases/leases that I've had at Heritage; and, I expected nothing less. I'm convinced they understand that the customer is in 'the driver seat'. Rob was there to guide me through all the twists and turns of auto purchasing/leasing. And, when I left with a new RAV4, I felt there was no way I could've done any better anyplace else. Rob is excellent at his business, his knowledge is expansive, and he's just a nice fellow. I highly recommend Rob in sales and Travis in financing. Look these fellows up; and, relax. They'll work very hard for you. No pressures. No problems. No headaches. More
