I have been in the business for 8 years, all with Heritage Toyota. Every year I have had the privilege of being recognized by Toyotas National Sales Society for Superior Sales performance. I firmly believe the customer should have a seamless, transparent shopping experience with no pressure. My customers always have full control of the process from start to finish. Away from the dealership I'm a father of 3 girls and a Certified Foster Parent. We have been very fortunate to adopt 2 of our 3 girls through the program. My passions consist of cheering my older girls on from the sidelines of soccer fields or the gymnastics arena. When the time permits (and with my wife's permission), you can find me on the golf course or on the mountain as well.

Rob was excellent to work with and helped us get a car from out of state. Everything was setup before we arrived at the dealer and we had a quick pickup of our new vehicle. It has not been 9 months since I purchased my car. I bought in March. My sales person was awesome. My son did the dealings for me and test drive the car as I do not like to test drive. Although he off bought in March. My sales person was awesome. My son did the dealings for me and test drive the car as I do not like to test drive. Although he offered to show me the workings of my car I declined and opted to do it at a later date. It was past closing time. The restrictions of the virus then set in. I have not had a operation showing yet. However, I did have to deal with the Service Dept as one month and 89 miles after having the car I was left stranded because it would not start. The service person could Not Of Been any more Rude if he tried. I ended up dealing with Handy ‘Toyota to get my car taken care of!!! They were awesome!! More
