This being my wife and I second Infiniti, Jennifer Townsend of Roswell Infiniti was AMAZING!!!!! She, her manager and Matt the finance guy went over and beyond for us! Treated us like we mattered. We Townsend of Roswell Infiniti was AMAZING!!!!! She, her manager and Matt the finance guy went over and beyond for us! Treated us like we mattered. We told them what we wanted and they DELIVERED. They listen and addressed our concerns and any issues that we encountered. They were so understanding and didn’t turn their backs on us. Wasn’t pushy or trying to upsell products, services, etc. Thanks to you all again for all your hard work and getting us what we wanted. Give them a try! They can do the same for you. We definitely will refer people to this dealership. Love being in the Infiniti family! :-) More

If No stars was a rating I’d say 0 stars. Worst car experience in my 59 years. Shady, dishonest, ridiculous and not worthy. I’d tried to buy a new qx60 from them but they kept playing games. Worst car experience in my 59 years. Shady, dishonest, ridiculous and not worthy. I’d tried to buy a new qx60 from them but they kept playing games. Told me car was sold 4 different times in 1 day just trying to drive the price up. I agreed to their demands at noon, they told me it was sold at 1 and at 4 they came back again. After my 2 day experience with this SHADTY dealer, my response to them was I would but a bicycle from you. Went to real dealership at ALM alpharetta and bought my Mercedes’ instead!! More
