Robert, Aaron and Anthony were incredible. My parking brake locked up and we were stranded at Akron U. Within minutes, Anthony had me connected to service, we were able to use the Ford system My parking brake locked up and we were stranded at Akron U. Within minutes, Anthony had me connected to service, we were able to use the Ford system to get in the queue for a tow, able to leave the car and had an Uber to pick us up.
