Robert, Aaron and Anthony were incredible. My parking brake locked up and we were stranded at Akron U. Within minutes, Anthony had me connected to service, we were able to use the Ford system My parking brake locked up and we were stranded at Akron U. Within minutes, Anthony had me connected to service, we were able to use the Ford system to get in the queue for a tow, able to leave the car and had an Uber to pick us up. Took my 2012 F150 in for cam phasers, worked with Aaron, Mona, Steve and Cody. My truck was completed in a timely manner and work was spot on.
