Servicing my Lincoln Nautilus at Klaben is always a good experience. Robert presented himself very well and explained the service procedure. The people at Klaben Service were exceptional to work with, they addressed all my concerns in a very Professional and courteous manner. The sales group was very helpful, they go the extra mile. There were a few kinks with the service department. I can’t rate people I haven’t had the pleasure to do business with. The experience with the finance dept. was okay, it wasn’t Justins fault it was the process of trying to sell additional coverage on the warranty. When I give an average on the speed of the process I’m actually giving an OK, it took too long because of pushing extra warranty More
