I exchanged several texts with the manager (Robert Banks) before even making my way to the dealership and he patiently answered all my questions. I am new to the Mercedes brand and I had a lot of questions. When I got to the dealership, I worked with Kyle and he was very patient and took his time explaining the features and benefits of each vehicle I considered. He offered and followed up with multiple test drives of vehicles and even sacrificed his personal plans to make sure I was well taken care of. When I got to financing, I wasn't pressured into add-ons but I was informed of what each offered and the value they would add to the ownership of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Kyle and the entire dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Mercedes. More

Ms. Fran King sailed me me through all the financing, service and protection options without making me feel any pressure. For five years, I have also gotten my vehicle serviced there through my extraordinary service advisor Kyle Harris. When I made my first purchase, my experience was so pleasant that I felt it could not be matched. Mr. Oliver Lippman not only matched it but exceeded it. I drove out of there very happy because he not only sold me a beautiful SUV, but he listened to me, he offered me options and he gave me great advice. I returned to Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills for so many reasons: the first of which is how well I am treated when I drive onto the lot. I am made to feel like I am their only client and their favorite client. I'm sure that there are plenty of clients and that there are plenty of favorite clients, but I feel like I am their most favorite. Today from start to finish there was no exception with both Ms. King and Mr. Lippman. I felt like I was the only person in the showroom. Because of people like Mr. Lippman, Mr. Harris and Ms King, Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills has a client for life. The high standards you have set there are always exceeded and I I'm so grateful for how you treated me all these years. Looking forward to many more in the future! More

He helped address the specific concerns my wife and I had about the models we were considering and offered his feedback while making sure my wife and I both felt heard. He was informative during the test drive process and took time to explain the comfort, safety, and style features that would help inform our decision-making. One specific highlight of the shopping experience occurred as my wife and I were deliberating about the trunk space in the car. Oliver literally placed himself in the trunk -- and allowed us to close it -- to assure us we would be getting ample cargo space. A clutch move that only further strengthened our impression of him. We were able to get a deal that made us happy and get a great car. Others who communicated with us during the purchase process, Robb and Daniel, were both friendly and informative as well.
