Service I came in with a service bullitan and Luther said I needed $2300 worth of work to see if that was the issue. I was quoted $1400 in labor alone, I contacted another dealer and told them what I was quoted and they said it was a 5 hour job almost 3 times the labor. I would not recommend Luther to anyone I know. I feel I was being taken advantage of. More

They fixed the problem and that's it. I was pleased that they were able to get my vehicle in right away, but that's where the good ends. There was a lot of antifreeze splattered on the truck and globs of grease on the inside of my front tire and its adjoining parts. At minimum, they could have given my truck a wash through their automatic car wash bay. I'm willing to pay a little higher of a rate taking my truck to a dealer for service, but when they don't clean up after themselves, that is not good business. You spend $1000 on a service, you'd expect better service. Not sure if I'll be back there. More

Replacment/Rebuilt AC Delco Transmission I was very pleased with the service I received when getting my son's transmission replaced. I have worked with Kevin Lindgren on a few occasions and always get exceptional service from him. Bobb Reireson is also exceptional. I have been using this team for my vehicle service for many years and keep going back. More

2014 sierra broke down Pickup got hot leaving fargo nd. I left at dealership with a note about problems. Dealership started fixing before 8 am when I called. Fully covered under warranty. Only bad thing is I was stranded in fargo 80 miles from home with load of groceries. Had to rent a car. More

Fargo dealer called my wife instead of me and talked her into $1000 worth of service for supposedly ‘severely’ leaking oil coolant lines although I have never noticed a drop of oil leaking. I drive the truck home and now have oil leaking. I purchased the vehicle from Luther fargo and service it there on a regular basis but this will be my last visit . More

No appointment, drop in repair Our vehicle had a number of warning lights late Sunday afternoon. I dropped off the vehicle first thing Monday with no appointment. I was immediately Our vehicle had a number of warning lights late Sunday afternoon. I dropped off the vehicle first thing Monday with no appointment. I was immediately greeted, asked some quick questions, and directed to a Service Manager, Robb. Robb took my information on the warning light, on my warranty, and contact info. The vehicle was already heading back to the shop while we visited. I was offered a ride to work, which I accepted. About 1 hour later, I received a call from Robb on the issue, what would be covered under my warranty, and on what my expected portion of the repair cost. In another 1-1/2 I was called to let me know the repair was finished and the vehicle could be picked up. I was given my total, which was very close to the estimated repair. I stopped to make payment and to pick up the vehicle early that afternoon. Everything went smoothly and the communication was great. More

First change after free 2 year Service Service person asked if I had discount coupon from when I purchased the vehicle. Totally forgot about it. Good deal in the first place but this save Service person asked if I had discount coupon from when I purchased the vehicle. Totally forgot about it.
