I first spoke with John Lane over the phone while driving in to see if I could look at a vehicle. He was more than happy to help and even started running numbers for me right away. Once I arrived, Rob Dodd t in to see if I could look at a vehicle. He was more than happy to help and even started running numbers for me right away. Once I arrived, Rob Dodd took over and was very easygoing and thorough in explaining everything. Interactions like this make the car-buying process enjoyable instead of rushed or stressful.
