Bob Alvine is the President and General Manager of Premier Subaru. Bob started the business in August, 2000 with the desire to create a Subaru dealership that would consistently exceed the expectations of customers. Bob also wanted a company that was active and invested in the community in which it serves. Bob is a graduate in Finance from the University of Rhode Island (and a Rhody Basketball Fan) and has a MBA from the University of New Haven. Bob started his career in the banking industry and worked in various positions in Commercial Lending and Finance. Bob is active with the University of Rhode Island Alumni Association, The University of New Haven, the Branford Chamber of Commerce (Board Member), the Amity Club of New Haven and other community organizations. Recently, Bob was named to the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of Connecticut.

I purchased a 2020 Subaru Forester at another dealership and was never shown review of the vehicle. I also had an issue with a streaking window on the driving side. John Raccio greeted me in the service ar and was never shown review of the vehicle. I also had an issue with a streaking window on the driving side. John Raccio greeted me in the service area and schedule a time for the next day to have someone review the car with me and fix my window. I came the next day, I met with John, Neil Wetmore & Bob Alvine. The Service Department fixed my window. Neil Wetmore reviewed my entire car with me. He was wonderful. He was very patient and showed me everything I needed to have on and everything I did not need to have on. I can not thank him enough. I appreciate everyone's assistance at Premier and will certainly bring my car back there for every service issue and future purchases. I would recommend Premier Subaru to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More

Premier Subaru's Stellar Service Awards are proudly displayed at the dealership and once again they've earned that award with me. I had an issue with the leather on one of my seats in my 2018 Outback a displayed at the dealership and once again they've earned that award with me. I had an issue with the leather on one of my seats in my 2018 Outback and the issue was immediately addressed by the owner of the dealership. Many thanks to Bob and the Premier team. A+++ service.
