Wheel Rim & Maintenance Had to have Tires replaced & Rims repaired due to Potholes & Road issues. Patrick was the Service Representative that assisted me & provided a Loaner. Although my normal Service Rep Ramiro was not working since a Weekend Saturday Others on Team went out of there way to help and of course when Ramiro returned followed up and finalized!!!
