I was a little hesitant to drive out to Woodfield Lexus from Chicago at first but once there & greeted at the door, the Customer Service is like none other. My salesman, Randy Josefik was professional, wit from Chicago at first but once there & greeted at the door, the Customer Service is like none other. My salesman, Randy Josefik was professional, witty, informative, patient and there was no pressure at all. During my time there everyone including the manager Robert saw to it that all my needs were met. No surprise, I left out of there with a new vehicle and new friends. I’m so glad I made the trip there! More

I had a Great Purchasing Experience with Salesman Dan Rosen. What I liked most about Dan is that he wasn’t pushy at all and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Dan, is Professional, Personable, a Rosen. What I liked most about Dan is that he wasn’t pushy at all and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Dan, is Professional, Personable, and Kind. The Finance Manager, Yasmin and the GM is Great as well. I would highly Recommend Salesman Dan Rosen and this Dealership to anyone who is in the Market to buy a Lexus. Dan, is the Best! More

Mark Demma and his team at Woodfield Lexus offered one of the best dealer experiences I have had to date. I purchased a 2012 Audi from the dealership taking it home April 1st. We live over 2 hours away so when arrived home, we noticed the undercarriage was dragging on the ground. I immediately contacted ou home April 1st. We live over 2 hours away so when arrived home, we noticed the undercarriage was dragging on the ground. I immediately contacted our salesman, Gilbert. I was told to take to a local dealer and let him know the repairs. This issue was solved even though it was very inconvenient. Now 4 weeks later, we tried to use the AC and it was blowing hot air. Took it to be serviced as we purchased an extended warranty, was told the AC compressor needs replaced (which is of course not covered). I have called Gilbert twice, emailed twice and left a message for Robert for 3 days, and yet no answer. I am wanting to discuss why a bad AC compressor was not identified on the 150 pt inspection this vehicle supposedly went through (I have this in writing from Gilbert and even recorded him saying so during the test drive). I am asking the dealership to discuss this issue with me, and can't even get a simple call back. Their attention to customer service has decreased dramatically since we bought the vehicle. At that time they were very attentive and willing to work with us since we lived so far away. I would still appreciate the consideration. More

Gilbert, the sales person was great. The overall sales Manger was great. The finance lady was great. The only issue major issue I had was with the night time sales manger. I did not appreciate being talked down to, when I had a brought up a legitimate with him. If it wasn't for him, it would have been a five star experience.
