I had an appointment at 8:30am for an oil change & requested a new set of tires. I inquired about the time frame and was told around 4 hours to complete my request. I was offered a courtesy shuttle an requested a new set of tires. I inquired about the time frame and was told around 4 hours to complete my request. I was offered a courtesy shuttle and left after making it very clear that I needed my car as soon as possible. Around 2:00pm I made multiple calls to try to find out the status of my vehicle and finally I received a text saying my car would be available for pick up between 4:00-5:00pm. They did not put on a new set of tires and all that they completed in the 8 1/2 hours that they had my vehicle was an oil change. I do not recommend using this dealership and I will take my business elsewhere. More
