I recently completed a 6-month scheduled follow-up visit for an AutoButler Treatment, and during that visit not only was the thorough ... as usual!! I recently completed a 6-month scheduled follow-up visit for an AutoButler Treatment, and during that visit not only was the treatment performed & product applied, but Robert also quickly got me scheduled for a same-day 12 point inspection and was able to scout up a "Dealer Loaner for me, even though there was a scheduling snafu & when I showed up, they indicated my appointment was for that day, but following month! None-the-less Robert checked, went the extra mile & got it all done. I did receive a well detailed, complete text with video history of the inspection & all results. My X4 was ready to go that same day, and I was notified of the Ready-for-Pick-up status of my car. The loaner provided was an immaculate 2024 BMW 3 Series with a full tank of gas. Robert is the Best & I will always ask for him by name. The Dealership & Service Department under Rob Cole are Great ... and the Dealership facility & amenities are superb!! MRogers . More

I bought my BMW X7 from BMW of Ocala in the middle of the pandemic. The sales people were wonderful and it was such a pleasant experience that I take it back to the dealership for all service work even thoug pandemic. The sales people were wonderful and it was such a pleasant experience that I take it back to the dealership for all service work even though I live in the Orlando area. Actually, they come and pick it up because they're that good! The service people, Robert in particular, are outstanding; they're knowledgeable, courteous and have never made me feel stupid or that I was being cheated, unlike a dealership in Orlando where I take one of my exotic cars for service. I can't recommend the service department highly enough at BMW of Ocala. Thank you Robert for such great customer care! More
