In fact, everyone we talked with at the dealership was very nice and helpful with us transitioning us to our new car. After meeting Renee, she had made me feel comfortable by getting to know me before we even got into specs on any vehicle. After some missed offers we were able to find the best plan that would work for me. The vehicle I have gotten from them is a 2016 Chevy Cruze and it has been nothing short of great. Would not recommend their 2 year warranty program. Cost more than I believe I would of put in repairs, but I am a first time buyer and now know for future deals. Thank you guys again for getting me into a great car! More

Robert did a great job finalizing the deal and was very responsive during the negotiations (which honestly there wasn't much haggling, he offered a fair deal right out of the gate). And handled a minor glitch in the process regarding an added accessory with aplomb. Thanks Robert! And a special thank you to Fred (my salesperson) for making it a smooth and enjoyable experience. Fred is one of those genuinely nice people, that in a business that often doesn't cultivate such a demeanor, made me feel like things were getting taken care of efficiently and with an attention to detail that was *customer*-focused. Finally, quick shout to Jake with his Wisconsin charm and friendly, gregarious attitude! This was *by far* the smoothest trip through finance I have had before. Kudos to the team at Bell Honda! More

Ramses Margary was also very helpful in concluding our deal, and gave much information on extended auto warranties, which we purchased. Also want to give compliments to Brandon, Assistant Manager, Jordon, Sales/Finance Department, Robert Garcia, Internet Sales Manager. Everyone, and especially Jason Teel, were very helpful, patient, and took the time to address any questions that we had at the point of sale, and after the sale. And more importantly, made the sale happen by meeting our needs. More

Worst experience ever!! Buyers take note. Don’t give your keys to anyone at this dealer and don’t let them drive it out back. If you do, and don’t want the deal they offer, they will hold you Don’t give your keys to anyone at this dealer and don’t let them drive it out back. If you do, and don’t want the deal they offer, they will hold you hostage and beroge you with sales employees and only after getting upset will you get your keys back. Then after being insulted by the “assistant sales manger” you have to find your car. Even on your way out, they will follow you right to your car door. A great disappointing waste of time. But just to add, the salesman was very respectful and apologized for the management’s behavior. I did receive an email from Robby Motz “general manager” offering me “more flexibility” in making a deal. Why weren’t they more flexible when I was there at the dealership? So bottom line, beware when they take your keys and move your car. More
