We were in the market for two new Chevy SUV's for our college age daughters. We were previous customers and leased a 2020 GMC Acadia. The salesmen and customer service was great then so we returned with college age daughters. We were previous customers and leased a 2020 GMC Acadia. The salesmen and customer service was great then so we returned with more business. This time after initially meeting with Robert Genser we were assigned to Charlie Albanese, who gave us great HONEST advice and most importantly didn't pressure us. He epitomized what everyone would want in a salesman, knowledgeable, fair, honest and not pushing for the deal. He advised of best pricing, discounts and upon delivery gave us a thorough instruction on the vehicles so we drove away confident. This was a pleasurable experience thanks to Charlie and the BICAL team. More
