I’ve purchased both of my Tundra’s from them. Mostly due to them having in stock what I was looking for. Neither sales experience was great. More of a cold transaction than anything else. I figured being a repeat customer would make things with them a little different but it didn’t. My previous salesman from 2020 was no longer employed so possibly my most recent one was new. Paid cash for the truck so the finance guy just wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle and they have it in stock then go for it. More

I was somewhat pleased with this dealership, but not entirely. There were many issues with regard to operating this new vehicle that were left unexplained. But at least I have a phone number to call w entirely. There were many issues with regard to operating this new vehicle that were left unexplained. But at least I have a phone number to call with questions. The biggest problem was this. There was a terrible mix up in registering with the NYS Dept. of Motor Vehicles (DMV). I was not informed that I would need to contact my insurance company before the dealer's rep could speak to them about transferring my insurance policy in order to complete the DMV registration. I received a vague call from the salesman that there was a problem. But this call was made on a Saturday, when my insurance company is closed. This was also the day before my appointment to pick up my new Toyota. Even though I asked, I was given no satisfactory explanation as to why I was not told to phone my insurance company to allow the dealership to complete the DMV registration. The dealership had plenty of time to tell me to call, since I gave them a $500 deposit one and 1/2 months prior to the day they tried to complete the DMV registration. It would have been nice to receive my new Toyota without a hassle. Especially because I did not finance. I paid in full on the delivery date. More
