I purchased a 2011 Toyota Venza today after doing on line research for a month. 2 weeks ago I sent an on-line request for more information. Due to my job travel schedule, Deane and I traded emails for 2 weeks, of which were very detailed and informative. I finally found time to head into the dealership, where I spoke to and worked with Robert Goldberg. Robert made it very easy for me to make my decision to purchase his car after he went through all the details in a professional and honest manner. The best part was receiving good value for my trade in, slightly higher than Kelley Blue Book. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family and continue to purchase cars in the future here. Our experience with DCH Wappingers was excellent from the moment we walked into the showroom (actually it was smooth from the initial phone call with an internet sales rep. When we entered the room we felt no pressure or "rushed" atmosphere, but rather felt acknowledged and listened to. They were very busy (slammed actually) but we were speaking with a sales rep within 2 minutes and he exemplified the new "no hassle" policy and process they profess. Eduardo was polite and professional, yet fun and personable, and since we knew we wanted a Sienna when we walked in, he just eased through the process of helping us select the right one for a great price. On the 2nd day we went to the dealership (to pick up the Sienna) we were with our two kids (4 & 1 y/o) and Eduardo went out of his way to blow up some balloons for them. All his colleagues, from Sales Managers to finance guys all came across as genuine, easygoing and professionally sound. We would recommend this Dealership to anyone purchasing a Toyota. More

Car Buying Made Easy 101. After doing my research and test driving cars, I went online to obtain internet prices on a Rav4 Limited. I visited two dealer showrooms w/o internet quotations as well. No dealership would sell the car for the online price I received from this dealership.In addition, Rob Goldberg, the salesman, worked with me to obtain the fairest(and highest) price for my car in trade-in. Robert was a fantastic salesman. Very knowledgable about the features on the car, the pros and cons of different financing plans based on my needs, excellent with comparisons on specs between the different the features on the car, the pros and cons of different financing plans based on my needs, excellent with comparisons on specs between the different Toyota models and last but not least explained things in very unambiguous and non-pressurized ways. He was extremely friendly and he himself is a toyota owner. A very pleasurable experience all around. I might add, that they had a free clinic on upkeep of the new cars we purchased. They talked about engine, tire, and overall maintenance. More
