Robert was a fantastic salesman. Very knowledgable about the features on the car, the pros and cons of different financing plans based on my needs, excellent with comparisons on specs between the different the features on the car, the pros and cons of different financing plans based on my needs, excellent with comparisons on specs between the different Toyota models and last but not least explained things in very unambiguous and non-pressurized ways. He was extremely friendly and he himself is a toyota owner. A very pleasurable experience all around. I might add, that they had a free clinic on upkeep of the new cars we purchased. They talked about engine, tire, and overall maintenance. More
