YES, a handwritten note! He thanked my husband for taking the time to take a test drive with him, and contact him if we needed further information. How many people would take the time to hand write something in today's world! I don't know of anyone but Chris! Right away I knew I wanted to do business with him. We called Chris, setup an appointment, told him what we were interested in purchasing, ordered our truck that day. Chris was in contact with us throughout the whole process. We were delighted when we got a call from Chris letting us know that our truck arrived earlier than expected. He is the most honest sales person I have ever met! He made sure that all our needs and questions were addressed immediately. Chris is a real asset to your dealership! The Finance Manager will try to rush you through it so you don,t ask questions.They charged me $190 in admin fees to do a registration that was only good for 1 month. They also told me my car was equipped with SYNC when it is not. They operate trying to use high pressure sales tactics. Don't put yourself through this headache. More

However, a friend of mine told me to go there and ask for Jordan but i was unable to make it at that time. I went the next morning but Jordan wasn't there so he got me connected with Mike Edmunds. Long story short, after about 6 hours negotiating with the bank and test driving a couple of cars, i drove off in a 2012 Ford Fusion and got a GREAT warranty added on! I can't thank God, Todd and Bob enough for all that they had done for me because i know it was a hassle trying to get me into a car. Special thanks to Mike as well for being so patient and kind throughout the day. I can see why Mt grandparents still deal with Carman Ford after 30+ years! More
