It was awesom and painless I was looking to replace an SUV that I owned had visited other dealers, but they were not pleasant. When my fiancée and I arrived on the lot, Gary was there in seconds. He noticed that a Ford Mustang had caught our eye. He knew the information and was able to tell all about the car. We didn't buy that one, but purchased another Ford Mustang. All the staff at Carman Ford Lincoln, were very nice to us. They helped me with the financing and we left that day with smiles. what wonderful service After being told by Roxanne that the person I wanted to see in the dealership would be there waiting (she said she "had checked with him"), found tha After being told by Roxanne that the person I wanted to see in the dealership would be there waiting (she said she "had checked with him"), found that not only was he not there, but was not there at all yesterday or for the rest of the week. I was quite upset and being lied to. Boy, Did Greg and Mike really step up to the plate?! Greg helped me find an amazing car and Mike helped me get a great deal that included Gap insurance. I certainly needed that after just getting in a bad accident. They stayed late because my work schedule is tough and Greg even took my rental car over to Enterprise for me so I could drive my "new" car home. Bob was great in financing and we got to talk naval history a bit. A great experience overall. would ahve been a five star rating except for the lie at the beginning More

I test drove a used 2013 MKZ and loved the vehicle, however, the leases on the vehicle I had was not up. I informed the salesman that I would be back once my lease was up in August. The manager then asked if I would be interested in a new for the monthly price I was looking for. At no time were they pushy nor did I feel forced. They came up with a great deal that i could not pass on. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle. More

Even though it was our first Carman experience, they treated us as if we had been valued customers for many years. Gary was a pleasure to deal with, and not only did he provide a much needed orientation session on the workings of our Lincoln MKC, he made sure we knew he would be available for future questions and even set up a 2nd appointment to go over any technical items on the car, should it be necessary. He made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. Frank also took much time with us, and was very understanding when we had a last minute change to the 'agreement'. He worked with us on the change until both parties were satisfied. Bob made the financial part of the sale very easy for us, explaining all the details which gave us a comfortable feel in an area that can sometimes be very disconcerting to buyers. We thank them all for their caring and concern for us as consumers! More

It was a great feeling to be able to look at a vehicle and not feel pressured in anyway. He answered all of our questions, so we took a test drive and decided to let them have the opportunity to do the deal if they could give us the deal we were looking for. We told them we did not want to haggle that they had one chance as we had two other places we were going to visit if they could not, as we were in the market to purchase that day. A few minutes later, the deal was done and we were very happy. I can't say enough about the entire team, they all made the experience a great one. I can truly say that I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and this has been the best experience I have had. More
