Robert Lisi is THE BEST! I was having horrible problems with the navigation system in my car. I brought it to the service department more than once and they kept telling me different things were wrong. I was getting very discouraged because it still wouldn't work. Through a single phone call Robert was able to tell me what I was doing wrong and how to fix it. It was really a simple problem. He walked me through the steps while I was in the car and saved me a trip to the dealership. So grateful to finally have this problem solved! I highly recommend this technical wiz! More

Dale is no-nonsense and It all started with Dale Cook, the salesman that gave us extraordinary service and great deal on my new 2019 GLA250 - love it! Dale is no-nonsense and has been in the industry for decades. I appreciated his forthrightness and he presented his best price - which happened to be well below MSRP price - keeping in mind we went the last day of the year. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle but what I noticed that sets him above other salesmen is his effort to go beyond - for instance, he made sure I had a copy of my new insurance card before I drove off. I did not and so he printed one out for me. I wanted the weather guard liner for the trunk - he went over to parts himself, got one for me, unwrapped it and installed it for me. The parts employees could have done this, but he paid special attention - one remembers the little things right?! He introduced me to Robert who then in a wonderful calm, and patient manner went through all the details and amenities of the vehicle. Sitting inside with me to show me how to adjust the seats, set my preferences and best of all set me up with Auto Play that connected my Android to the car/Bluetooth - how to utilize the direction mode and all those important features that may not come to a 58 year old Grandma as easily! Of course I had additional questions after I got home and he has answered those as well - I was impressed by all the professionalism and attention shown. Can not wait for my next MB! More
