I am completely satisfied with the service advisor, but am not satisfied with southern ford and the service department since southern took ownership. I bought my vehicle from Hall and received free state am not satisfied with southern ford and the service department since southern took ownership. I bought my vehicle from Hall and received free state inspections. Last August southern honored that free inspection but this year did not without any notification. Also I always get the works when I get my oil changes. February of 2025 when I got the works they did not top off my fluids. I am paying for a service that I did not receive. Also in August of 2024 my rear break pads were posted at a 5. In February of 2025 they were posted at a 7 and when I just brought my car in for service in August 30th they are a 4? Someone is not doing there job correctly or dropping the ball and cutting corners. The advisor listened to my concerns and was very helpful. More

Sales team was great, service team did not. meet expectations. Service was slow and I could not contact them to check on status of my vehicle. Called 3 times with no answer. They then called to meet expectations. Service was slow and I could not contact them to check on status of my vehicle. Called 3 times with no answer.
