When I picked up my truck, it appeared the tires had not been rotated. The oil change light was not reset. Upon first glance, it did not appear that the truck had been touched. I asked for them to top off t been rotated. The oil change light was not reset. Upon first glance, it did not appear that the truck had been touched. I asked for them to top off the tire pressure in my tires, and that was not done. I knew the oil change was done when I looked at my front fender and there was oil spillage on my paint. When I pulled back into the dealer, I waited an hour for a small nail to be pulled from the tire which did not require patching. If I did not have the service contract, I would not be back to have my truck serviced at this shop. More
