Not to mention on the first visit he didn't initially address the issue the vehicle came in for; he sent me a message of what they found; something totally not relevant. I just came to have the ABS reset. With more to be expressed but not at this time- my recommendation is Maybe he is in need of additional training or a new position; customer service is not working for him. More
