Robert was great at keeping me informed of the status of my service throughout the morning. He was detailed and friendly in his explanation of the process. Everything was completed as expected. The only improvement I would add is for the online service appointment feature on your website. I made this appointment on the weekend and specifically included the exact new tires I wanted and a question as to the rebate date. No one ever called me before my Wednesday appointment, so I called on Tuesday and spoke to Robert. He had to order the tires that day, which took a little longer than if someone would have done the same on Monday. Does anyone monitor your online service appointment site for the comments that customers might have? If not, maybe someone should or remove the comment box if there isn’t going to be a response back on questions. I would have called earlier if there wasn’t an option to add a comment regarding the service I was requesting. Thanks and so glad Robert picked up my call the day before my scheduled appointment. His willingness to understand each customer’s situation and prioritize accordingly is a great attribute and much appreciated. More
