She reached out to set up and appt, I came in the next day, she had the car waiting, we drove meaning I drove and she fielded questions with ease, and she answered all my questions. She knew her stuff and was familiar with the electric line. I loved the car. We easily negotiated an agreement and Tracy was great, ( as was Robert) . So thank you Tracy! You made it great- and then sent me home knowing about the warranty and service and the protection plan. And of course with my phone paired and everything transferred. All so efficient and pleasant.
