Michael was very helpful during my car’s week+ stay at the service dept. He listened to my concerns, spoke to me respectfully, and was willing to advocate to management to help me get my car fully fixed. the service dept. I appreciate his advocacy for my car and for the safety of my family. He has reminded me of why I enjoy and continue to be a jeep customer. My conversation with Bob on the other hand was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Bob spoke over me when I was attempting to address concerns about my car, he was very rude and even refused to let me finish my sentence at one point. I asked him if he would let me finish my sentence and he said that he would not because whatever I was saying didn’t matter. He said it wasn’t going to change his mind. I have never been treated more disrespectfully as a customer. More
