I took my vehicle to Honda for inspection and repair. They diagnosed the issue and presented me with a flat repair cost. However, at no point did they explain that this type of damage may be covered unde They diagnosed the issue and presented me with a flat repair cost. However, at no point did they explain that this type of damage may be covered under my comprehensive insurance policy. When I asked about possible options or alternatives, I was simply told that I would need to pay the quoted amount. There was no discussion about filing an insurance claim, no clarification about coverage possibilities, and no effort to explain different paths I could take. I felt like I was only given one option to pay the full amount out of pocket without being properly informed about other available solutions. I took my car to another shop. More

My service on Saturday was great! However about 3 weeks ago I had a warning that my tire air pressure was low. I took it over to the service department and the service person tested However about 3 weeks ago I had a warning that my tire air pressure was low. I took it over to the service department and the service person tested all my tires and looked at my tires and said there was nothing wrong with tires and put in air to the one tire that was low. The next morning the warning was again showing low tire pressure. This time I took it to Discount Tire and they found 2 small holes in the tire that was low. I needed a new tire. I was not happy that I had to waste a lot of time at both places. This should have been found when you looked at it the first time. More
