Robert was absolutely outstanding! I was so nervous going in to trade in my lease because of the crazy prices in the car market right now. I went in thinking I wasn’t going to get the car I wanted because of the price, but Robert surprised me and did everything he could to match what I really wanted with a price I was comfortable with. I thought I was walking out today with a gray Acura that I didn’t care too much for and instead I’m walking out with a black on black TLX that is to die for!
