Just about perfect! Dakota was service-oriented and was very good to work with on my trade-in. The only suggestion I have that would have made my experience perfect would have been to send me out with a full tank of gas. As it was, it was necessary to stop for gas, as the fuel was below the 1/4 tank mark. Thanks again for helping me with my car purchase! More

The catch is my current vehicle is lease from Honda of Cleveland. We went to Economy Honda and got some quotes on buying out my lease early but VW was able to match that price and give me a VERY good offer so that I wouldn't be too far in the hole (with an early buyout that can be a very tedious task). I worked with Scott and from the get-go he was VERY helpful. He gave us very good advice and was helpful but not pushy... Which I really appreciated. I loved the look of the 2018 VW Tiguan but I always buy Honda so I wanted to give Honda another chance to earn my business. We went back to Economy Honda and the service was just so far below that of what we received at VW - because of this, even though I have ALWAYS owned Honda's, we left and went back to VW. Upon our return Scott warmly greeted us and helped us go over many different options to help us stay within our budge but get the car we wanted. He never tried to talk us into something we couldn't afford but was very good about presenting us with all of the options. He was patient even with my unbelievably indecisive self :) I really felt that he listened to my concerns and did a great job of showing me what I was looking for! The rating option on this screen is messed up but I give Scott 5 stars, he was the main reason we purchased from VW. I liked the Honda HRV and other Toyota models just as much... we came back for the service!! More

However, the website was easy to use and ap To be fair, I went to the dealership with a specific vehicle in mind after looking at the dealer website. However, the website was easy to use and apparently had accurate inventory. I was looking for an Atlas Select Premium but could not find it readily on the front lot. As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by Smitty who did not try any high pressure sales tactics. He retrieved the vehicle and let my wife and I take it for a test drive on our own. When we returned he answered any other questions and took the time to show us what we didn't understand or missed such as the park assist. Robert in finance was nice too. Interest rates came back at what we expected without sneaking in a higher rate for a reduced sales cost. They naturally tell you about all the add on extras but we felt comfortable saying "no" to some of these and Robert didn't push it. We're very glad we came to Village Volkswagen! More
