Mike our salesman was up front and transparent about prices and what deal he could give us, and everyone was extremely friendly. I would say it was almost perfect, but the only thing that disappointed me was the condition of the Subaru when I drove it home. The detailing was lackluster and not very thorough. Fabric on the doors had dirt and fingerprints and there was something spilled on the drivers side door speaker and all over the door. Buttons and controls were dirty and could’ve been a lot cleaner with a simple q-tip. Very discouraged when the hard part of the sale was so successful, but then to be so let down when I drove home that I had to use armor all and cleaner on the car to do it myself. Your detailing department failed. Everyone else was excellent. More

Easy transition Becky was like a friend helping me buy my car. Robert explained the financial aspect of my purchase. My first Subaru was totaled in a hail storm and my insurance and registration were in my car at the W&L collision center. The owner went and got them for me, that blew me away. I had my 2010 subaru since it was new and had no intention of getting a new one ,till it got hammered by hail. Always had it serviced at W&L and I will this new car also. PS I only ever had to buy a new battery last year and new tires 2 years ago. And thank-you to my mother who passed away in 2009 and left me enough money to buy my first Subaru. best car buying experience i have ever had. Ken, Brian & Robert did an excellent job throughout the buying process.
