I called ahead and scheduled a test drive and told them I had a prior engagement later in the day and would need to move quickly if I wanted to buy a vehicle. She sped thru the process and ensured other people knew I had a deadline and they made it happen! 2.5 hours from arrival to driving away in new vehicle and traded in my old one. Can’t say enough about how great the experience was. In 6 years my son will take my Wrangler and I hope to buy myself another one from Tina! More
