Jeff Davis, was good, but finance, Eric Dugas, & service were terrible. After purchase, we had an issue with the car. We were told finance had to take care of it. Then Eric Dugas tried to tell us the car ha were terrible. After purchase, we had an issue with the car. We were told finance had to take care of it. Then Eric Dugas tried to tell us the car had no warranty, which was a lie. The car had 90 day warranty on the windshield. After weeks of debate they finally conceded, but it was painful. Eric was unresponsive & unwilling to help. We are 15yr Ferman buyers, so we were gravely disappointed in this dealership & would not return. More
