Best car buying experience in the last decade Kenith greated me on the lot asked what i was looking for and after showing him the truck i found on line he pulled the truck up for my brief review. Then we went inside and casually talked about the truck features throughly answering all my questions. From there he pulled up the truck cost sheet and we proceeded to work up a realistic offer after my trade in appraisal. We went thru several offerings and counter offers that would make any God fearing sales manager insane. Bob gave me an increadable deal. During this buying experience ken acted as my rep. Not as a sales person. Erick the finance officer asked me how often i traded cars that is about every 2 to 3 years he suggested. Offering me a quote for a lease. What a deal! I am now a proud owner of new ram truck. I have been treated like roality here at fermans by ken erick dennis bob becky and all the rest of the staff. By the way thanks again ken for finding the important stuff i left in the trade in car especially my safety box keys. Looking foward to my next car buying experience belonging to my wife.
