Raised in NE Ohio and moved to Florida in 1993. Was with SYSCO foodservice for 15 years while in Fla.. Came back to be with my family and friends. I'm a car guy so delivering new Subarus is a great fit. They're safe, reliable, and have a strong resale value. I know I'm delivering a great product. Subaru buyers rock! My interests include muscle cars, landscape photography, hiking, mountain biking, SCUBA, boating, fishing, Cleveland sports, and Subarus for sure! Love being outdoors....unless it's below 20 degrees!

Overall the purchasing experience was smooth. They had all of the paperwork ready to go when we got there which saved a lot of time. We were an out of state buyer and they knew exactly what paper They had all of the paperwork ready to go when we got there which saved a lot of time. We were an out of state buyer and they knew exactly what paperwork needed to happen. The salesman (Cristian) spent over two hours with us demonstrating how all of the electronic options worked on our car. He even pared out cell phones and the garage door opener. Very helpful ! More

Both Joy and James were really helpful, attentive, knowledgeable. I was kept up to date on the progress of the car I ordered. James transferred my CD’s to USB for the new car and was really patient in knowledgeable. I was kept up to date on the progress of the car I ordered. James transferred my CD’s to USB for the new car and was really patient in explaining all the numerous features of the new car. Both these sales folks were very good. Have no complaints at all. Positive experience! And Robert also did a good job explaining some warranty things and options I could add in to help in coverage if something were to go wrong with any of the electronic, chips, sensors, etc. It felt like all 3 were honest folks. I truly appreciated that part. More
