I have worked in service since I graduated high school. In 1994 I took a job working for Mr. Marino at Lynch Auto Group 26 years later I am still working for Mr. Marino..They treat me and my co workers like family. My goal is to treat people like they are family. Repairing vehicles doesn’t always go as planned but we can always treat the customer and other employee’s with respect and compassion to solve any issue that may arise.

I needed new keys for my Dodge Grand Caravan. I made an appointment through a service representative, Bob, who was pleasant and helpful setting up the appointment. Bob, also, was the rep that took care of appointment through a service representative, Bob, who was pleasant and helpful setting up the appointment. Dishonest and neglected dealership!! I dropped my Jeep for repairs on 06/22/20 at 9AM then I called my “advisor “ Edwin around 4pm to see what is going on with my car, but Edwin told me t I dropped my Jeep for repairs on 06/22/20 at 9AM then I called my “advisor “ Edwin around 4pm to see what is going on with my car, but Edwin told me that car couldn’t get repair because the diesel mechanic employees called off? My car was sitting all day and I didn’t know until I called!! Wow!! What customer service is this?? Now, today on 06/23/20 around 10AM I called to find out what is new about my car but I was tolled that my “advisor “ is busy!! After half day Whenever I call them no one is available !! The end of the day at 4PM I went to Marino Jeep to pick up my car even it's not fixed yet , then I got email from different advisor Bob telling me that my car is ready for pick up. After arrived the manager instead of apology for their neglected behavior, he asked me to stop coming to dealerships because I wrote a true comment on their dishonest treatments. Worst jeep dealerships ever. More

Great Dealership - Great Team - All around From the owner on down, the entire staff and team at Marino is 2nd to none. I shopped for a Wrangler at 3 different dealers and Marino was by FAR the most honest and helpful. The owner (Tony) came and shook my hand, my salesman JC was very patient and informative, the manager 'big Mike' was more than just a face behind the desk and made sure I was being taken care of. The greatest part of all was how quick the process went. I wasn't 'sold' anything i didn't need and the finance department was quick, efficient, and informative. This is the 2nd car I've purchased from Marino and I will be back again! More

Had my 14 Accord in for Oil Change, Tire Rotation and Brake Job. They did an awesome job, completed on time and I felt I got a great value.
