I have worked in service since I graduated high school. In 1994 I took a job working for Mr. Marino at Lynch Auto Group 26 years later I am still working for Mr. Marino..They treat me and my co workers like family. My goal is to treat people like they are family. Repairing vehicles doesn’t always go as planned but we can always treat the customer and other employee’s with respect and compassion to solve any issue that may arise.

Marino Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge was very attentive and was able to address and resolve the issue in a timely manner, as well as providing me with a rental and even covered the third day when the job went a da able to address and resolve the issue in a timely manner, as well as providing me with a rental and even covered the third day when the job went a day longer. I will continue using Marino as my primary dealership for anything from oil changes to any work both maintenance and/or warranty type work and will recommend that if you own a Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler to do the same. I have been to a few Dodge dealerships in Chicagoland area and they by far are more responsive, attentive and courteous than the others. Lastly, my interior was a bit dirtier than when I dropped off the vehicle as well as a panel not fully re installed, but considering the work of dropping headliner and reinstalling, I had no issue vacuuming the car out. IKudos to Marino and will be back soon for next oil change. Thank you Marino for caring about the customer, it goes a long way! More
