Horrible service, no communication and attitude from Robert Check engine light came on brand new 2017 car and water was leaking in from back window during car washes getting the interior wet and discolored. Waiting almost 3 hours with no information but seen others were being told what was going on with their vehicles. When Robert finally came to say it was almost ready that he was going to run it in the car wash, asked if the leak was fixed he said no then asked why would you mess it up more, he said it was going to be replaced anyway. We said no car wash. Was very frustrated. Asked why the check engine light was on since he never filled us in and he said software update for sensors. Which took almost 3 hours to do. Upset that we have a brand new 2017 car that has a faulty 3rd light, the reason it's leaking and we can't even get a rental. We shouldn't have to sit there all day long or be without a car because of an issue that isn't our fault. It's a defect. When told we were leaving bad feedback on survey Robert said that was going to change everything. What did he mean by that? Worse service, is he going to make us stay there all day long or mess with our vehicle?? We were confused by that remark. Don't want to deal with him again. Wasn't good service at all and he should learn to communicate better. If it takes almost 3 hours to update sensors how long will changing the whole headliner and light take?? We have kids(toddler) and a job. Shouldn't have to sit down there all day. It's brand new and should get a rental. Just overall bad experience More

Great service! Robert walked me to my vehicle when it was ready and even opened my door! Now that is service with a smile. LOVE the free coffee and cookies. Poor Service I bought a new Equinox and received 2 free oil changes. I go in for my oil change and the service Rep wants me to rotate my tires. Mind you they onl I bought a new Equinox and received 2 free oil changes. I go in for my oil change and the service Rep wants me to rotate my tires. Mind you they only have 6000 miles on them. I said not this time because it would cost 120.00 dollars and that was with a discount then on the invoices the mechanic wrote that he checked all fluids and rotated tires. when my husband lifted the hood there was dust on the engine and no finger prints on the radiator to show that the water had been checked etc Just to add I had an appointment More

No appointment....no problem! It doesn't matter if it's a last minute decision to get your oil changed or emergency where you need to have a flat tire repaired or replaced. Every time I have driven up and asked for assistance from my regular service representative Robert or anyone else that is available , I have received great service at Sands Chevrolet in Surprise! I have never been turned away and their team goes above and beyond to meet my service requests. Thank you! More

Treat women like crap Every time I go into your service department you treat me with respect and take care of me. Whether it’s a rental or loaner. And get rid of the proble Every time I go into your service department you treat me with respect and take care of me. Whether it’s a rental or loaner. And get rid of the problem and you listen to me. I am a male owner of 2015 Chevy sonic. But open the other hand my wife comes in with a 2017 sonic and she informs you her vehicle isn’t working properly and she wants it fixed and is willing to leave it there until the problem is fixed and you tell her there are no loaners and that she is having an issue that your mechanics can’t reproduce. So instead of fixing the issue you tell her to go away and come back when it makes the noise. Is that customer service to you? Her car isn’t even a year old and it is making grinding noises. And you won’t help. Ridiculous. I will be filing a complaint with General operations with General Motors. More
