Brought 3 week old truck in for knock in engine see was going to change oil and contact me in the morning that didn’t happen so I contacted them in afternoon was told they sent video of problem to GM and w going to change oil and contact me in the morning that didn’t happen so I contacted them in afternoon was told they sent video of problem to GM and would call in an hour. That didn’t happen so I called at 3:30 pm and was told GM would be calling back on Thursday… 4 days later still waiting for service to let me know of next step.
