Horrible service dept. They do not return phone calls. It took four days to find out my sons car needed a new battery. He is an amputee and depends on the car which they w They do not return phone calls. It took four days to find out my sons car needed a new battery. He is an amputee and depends on the car which they were told. When we first talked to Bob in service we told him we thought it was the battery. We feel that the car was not even looked at just our opinion) speaking to other mechanics it should never take four days to figure out the battery needs to be replaced. We also just bought in March a 2017 Explorer and my son has a 2013 Escape, as of now we will not be back to purchase any more vehicles from currie if this is the best service you have to offer. More

Jeff OBrien lent a hand to speed up the paper work and close the deal. Ken Gohmann explained the the financial items and additional Ford programs in great detail. I was impressed with everyone on the Currie Motors sales,service,management, and financial team. More
