Roberto is great person. One day 3 years back I walked in to the dealer after having went to 3 other dealers where I was treated unfairly and bestowed based on my appeared credibility. As soon as the front desk receptionist in Verona called roberto for me when I approached his office I immediatley got a sense of enlightened trust and understanding as if I less words needed and very upfront and honest to help me with my best appropriate need. Roberto didn't hesitate to attain getting me the car I wanted. After 3 years most present Roberto still having the same euphoria of brotherhood energy has made it possible to fulfill 100 percent happiness on my new jeep cherokee laredo x bulleit silver 21. I liked my jeep wrangler, I turned it in an got a jeep gladiator. All went well until I got a bill for over 6000.00 dollars. I had 17000 miles on the wrangle when I turned it in. I wanted to purchase a RAM 1500. I had Roberto Milton for the sale man. I wanted to get a Ram 1500 big horn level 2, so Roberto told me that he was going to get it, because they didn't have it in stock. When the sale man. I wanted to get a Ram 1500 big horn level 2, so Roberto told me that he was going to get it, because they didn't have it in stock. When I went to pick up the vehicle, it wasn't the vehicle that I want it. It was a regular RAM 1500 level 1 for the same price as the level 2. After I told Roberto that it wasn't the truck that we agreed to purchase. He told me and lied that we never talked about that. After going back and forward with that argument, Roberto did not wanted to fix and correct the problem. I had to talk to the owner Jerry C. After I explained the story to Jerry, he andertud and corrected the problem. He order the right truck for the original price that we agreed on. More
